Start your timer and Tabby counts down your 10 second preparation time, followed by intervals of 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest. The voice prompts explain what interval youre about to start, and the last 3 seconds are ticked off.

There are no configuration options, no ads, no fluff. Just a simple interval timer set up for the Tabata method.
